I enjoy watching Glenn, listen to his radio show occasinoally. Just got his book "common sense".

Something about this is timely, and weird.
I feel like a sheperd is telling his sheep, not to run away from the truck driver who is going to herd us up and drive us to a nice new home ....(slaughter house).
In other words,
sheep led to slaughter.

Not saying go be violent, but something is just not hitting me right with this. Of course, Glenn is stirring a lot of crap and he could be prosecuted for a hate crime if anyone acts violently then blames it on Glenn's speech. (Which is what is going to eventually happen with any Pastor of a church who speaks against Homosexuality, he will be prosecuted as with hate crimes laws), so Glenn is covering his butt.

They don't have to deal with the creeps at the FDA and Big Pharma - which is great. There's still a lot of alternative medicine being used there - freedom in that respect.

There will be pockets of violence for many different reasons...there are those who are ready to pop at the drop of a hat

foreclosure
job loss
insurance loss/coverage injury
401k theft
increase taxes
pension theft
lack of being heard by representatives
unable to pay for proper medicines or health care
crop loss
death of love one due to flu

its coming to a head

people are at the breaking point

The agent provocaturs posing as so called "peaceful protesters" is almost a Guarentee

I would at least have a plan to do citizens arrests on such people......(not that it would do much good if they start shooting).

Best to have lot's of audiovisual recording devices...and police the crowd verbally and see who is acting out or acting very strange.....

It may not stop the agent provocaturs...but maybe you can forcibly remove such people before they start throwing bottles or subdue them if they try to draw a gun.

TPTB would love to see one lone nut or two in an otherwise peaceful crowd start acting violent so they can have the excuse to crack down.

Don't know if you can stop such people....but organizers of such events can help by making groups of people responsible for trying to spot any such activity....knowing that is what TPTB would like as an excuse.

Be prepared.....they want it ugly and that is the last thing most protesters want

The only way to win this war will be through non-violence. Glenn has hit it on the head with this. Personally the only major internal country changing has been done through nonviolence - ghandi, etc.

The problem with "non-violence" is that it resides perilously close to "apathy" which is where most Americans already are... and at this point in time, apathy is our enemy.

Example: I tell people I know about what is going on in my opinion, and they heave a big sigh and say "Yah, ok, even if you're right, what can WE do to fight back against the big bad government? And why would I want to turn MY life upside down for something what might be a noble but impossible cause?" That is APATHY.

Glen Beck is to the airwaves as Drudge is to the Internet in that he has a huge audience. Some may say he's being told what to say. Fine. If that's the case, it tells me TPTB are getting real damned nervous...and the warning bell of government clampdown has been rung. On the other hand if you believe he's pulling a "Lou Dobbs" and speaking what he really believes, then there's still hope for a segment of the MSM to support the foundation of America.
