the dead head is the translation of THE ALCHEMICAL SYMBOL "caput mortum"
in alchemy CAPUT MORTUUM IS the alchemical SYMBOL FOR THE worthless remains left over after the death of the little king (usually by drowning).

The dead head or caput mortuum looks like a smiley face, a smiley face being the only thing remaining after the sfk victims drowning in water, in the sfk cases. (sometimes the dead head (caput mortuum or in other words "worthless remains" ARE Painted with a three pointed crown, which again in alchemy symbolises the little king himself -REGULUS.
