Why, when people will do it for free? It won't be a townhall meeting if you have 2 groups of paid protesters fighting each other.

Could someone answer this for me? Why do people I don't know hate me so much? Why do they want me to die painfully?
These protesters won't let me get the care I need to live.
So they are in effect promoting torture and murder. My murder and those of the people like me who need medical care but can't get it. Why do they hate me?
