They have to arrange commercials to fit the time between programming. I dont see how it would be possible to do that for everyone. Maybe one day they will have some high tech system that does that automatically and programs commercials for each individual but they dont have that yet. |

Im not an expert on television sets but Im pretty sure your TV does not transmit any kind of identifier back to your cable company.
