Don't worry - we will. Got the 'unbiased' Referendum Commision booklet in the post today. Such a load of crap. They present the Treaty supposedly nuetral to inform all of the electorate,but it is a propaganda tool for the Yes side. This is what we freedom lovers are up against.

There is a high court hearing starting in Ireland today.
It has been proposed that holding a second referendum is actually unconstitutional and therefore illegal.

The High Court has given leave to a Co Tipperary farmer to notify the State of his intention to seek a judicial review as to why the second Lisbon Treaty referendum should go ahead next month.

John Gerard Burke from Duncummin House in Emly, Co Tipperary, claims the Lisbon vote of the 12 June 2008 should be declared as passed and that the proposed second vote planned for the 2 October be declared an act in breach of the constitution.

The frightened sheeple are of course....economy down the tubes, unemployment at 13% and rising, crap healthcare,crap roads,rising crime - then they are told the EU will save them by voting Yes.

Big news today - government support now only 17% - and they are really scared people will use the referendum as a protest vote against the government to get an election - which there will almost certainly be, should this Treaty be voted No, so that is good news. People need to wake up and protest here.

Well if the government support is only 17%, then how is voting yes going to make things any better?

they will repeat the vote as long as they need to. look at Holland, France. Germans supreme court has to accept it yet. But they mostly did, just some parts weren't right but they will pass it anyway. Can't stop them on their own playing field.

I hope the Irish vote NO!
However if they do I think they will go the same way as the UK.

There will NOT be a third referendum and the treaty will be pushed through.

France did it, so there is a precident for doing so.
