You do not need to believe in God or any divinity. Just live exactly according to the specific instructions that Jesus gave. If everyone "treated their neighbor as themself", "turned the other cheek" etc. you will have "heaven on Earth". The big problem with Jesus idealization is that everyone has to do it, else it does not work.

Christians have no idea. Meditate, still the mind, there it is. The Kingdom of Heaven is within.

Good question. Let's establish what the Kingdom is. . .
Jesus said "My kingdom is not of this world", and we're told in Romans that "the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost."
Other scriptures tell us our life is hidden in Christ, and that when we dwell in God's secret place, we dwell in his shadow of protection.
Learning to pray is vital, and not difficult - get into the practice of talking with Him constantly, about anything or everything. Acknowledge his presence with you through the mundane things of everyday life. Learning to remain in Gethsemane is good, too, as it changes us through forfeit and submission to his will. Learn to trust that he's in control. Jesus warned that to tightly cling to our life can actually ruin it, but a willingness to yield it will increase our life (Matthew 10:39)

Simply spending quiet time learning to be still and listen to Him is my best advice.

"the kingdom of heaven is within" Jesus said. Kant later proposed that man's aesthetic sense, his conscience, and his sense of something being true was contained in his heart (called it intuition).

Put the 2 together and the Holy Spirit (G_d) speaks to you through your heart. (i.e. you might as well close your ears and plug your eyes because the Kingdom of Heaven is not external)

The word Zion has various meanings in the scriptures. The most general definition of the word is "the pure in heart". Zion is often used in this way to refer to the Lord's people or to the Church and its stakes. It has also been used to refer to specific geographical locations.

I think the Kingdom of Heaven (on earth) is all around (in all of Creation), it's just that we can't seem 'raise' ourselves to 'realize' it.

The Leap of Faith is an act of surrender.
If you can Trust God Fully with your life, you give HIM your life. This is what enables HIM to Give you HIS ReBirth.

Want to "Dwell in the Kingdom of Heaven"? That means living your life In-HIS Accord, Knowing God's Will for you, understanding "the Mysteries of Heaven" as Jesus Witnesses in Matt 13:12.

Dead to this world, alive IN-HIM.

Know HIM,
Know HIS Peace and that HIS Will IS Perfect!

Can't do this on your own. Only God The Father can Re-Birth you In-HIM. Gotta give HIM your life, your will; all of you the good & the bad. If you Love HIM, you must put HIM first.


John Witnesses in his first epistle that "you have an Unction from The Holy One and Know all things" (1John 2:20) He says it again in verse 27.

Only by being Born-Again do you enter into Knowing HIM.
You can't Know HIM without making your surrender. Carnality separates man from God, because carnality keeps you from submission Unto The Father. God IS God, you are not; but your carnal-heart seeks parity with God, a "terms of surrender" rather than "unconditional surrender" which is what is required.

The Father's Will IS Perfect and Paramount.
How much can you Love and Trust HIM?
Until you get to that place in your life where you Know it doesn't matter what you think/believe, that HE IS Greater than all you can conceive of, you will never Know...

Knowing HIM IS Everything!
To allow us to Abide IN-HIM is the why for which HE Sent Christ Jesus!

Seek HIM with an honest and sincere heart if you are able to Trust HIM Fully and Completely. In my experience, only the PureHearts or sinners will make their surrender. PureHearts because they Love HIM so much and finally in desperation they surrender; sinners because they are fully broken and have no other option to continue living.

The only Real Life there is, is Life IN-HIM!
