There is no way the camera facing the opposite lane could get your plate. Thats what Im saying. It is a four lane with a Median and the opposite late is too far away for that camera to get your tag.

No, it isn't. Regardless, the cameras are set up so that a photo is taken of both the the front and rear plates, in addition to the face of who was driving the vehicle. In a lot of places, officials don't care who was driving...it was your car so you still get stuck paying the fine unless the person who was driving is willing to come forward and admit they were the one driving. If it not, then it goes on your record and you probably won't be loaning your vehicle out to anyone again.
