The Inhumanity of Being Humane to Terrorists - Where is General Patton?

With our government labeling Constitution believing Patriots and Christians, former military,gun rights advocates etc as terrorists I'd be very reluctant to allow these criminals legal right to be inhumane to anyone. That said, if we are inhumane to so called enemy combatants our troops will receive equal inhumanity as well as citizens traveling abroad.
