The false mind will not resist elimination.




I agree with your concept. I find, though, that the false mind does resist, strenuously! The main struggle I have is finding a way to quiet the chatter.

Any insight there?



it is afraid to live.. its like you are holding yourself back, safe in the void of nothingness and allowing this false mind to vicariously live in the world as you and it is afraid of everything

once the real you realizes that there is nothing to fear, then the false-mind-made you will NOT resist and you can allow it to slough off of you as you go on living in the NOW, unafraid

let the fears fall off - it might feel uncomfortable - take a tylenol for the pain

the realization will knock off the bulk of it and will stop it from USING you, initially
then as you live the habits will fall off

the key is that there is nothing to fear, and there never was anything to fear. you want to feel as though, I should have been fully present as my-self all along and now I have changed my mind to be fully present and therefore this false-mind-made-self IS NOW GONE

it wont resist you anymore
