100% pure pomegranate juice works wonders if you drink it daily. It is expensive - I buy the POM brand it is about 4 dollars for a 16 oz. bottle - I drink 8 oz. a day. I have breast cancer so that is when I started drinking it as it is good for breast and prostate cancer however since drinking it I have heard it is good at lowering blood pressure as well.
