Any intervention by God in human lives is divine manipulation.

He intercedes to create outcomes that meet his approval.
That is manipulation.

Sending a tornado to destroy a church to frighten believers into voting the 'correct' way is like the scientist who electrifies an area of the maze he wishes to discourage the rat from entering.
That's negative reinforcement.

Like rubbing your dogs nose in his shit.
That's God.

Believers also pray to him for intervention, to manipulate his creation according to their request.
Prayer like this is asking God to revise his "divine plan" in your favour.

That's manipulation too.

Do you believe you can "request" reality changes from God?
