Life is but a fleeting thing...



Even now consider this. Billions of humans have lived and yet many of them except for a relatively notable few are not remembered. How many stories and ideas have been lost to time? How joys, sufferings, loves and hates have been lost?

Most of the people alive now will not be remembered in a 100 or 200 years time, except for a name on a birth certificate and death certificate, and a few tax/government documents here and there. They can't tell the whole story of a person but in the end that's all that remains of most people.

It's all rather depressing.

Overpopulation. But, how do you depopulate the world without "depopulating" yourself?




I read so much about overpopulation, and how there are those working towards depopulating the planet, to "save" it, but there are those who say there is much space left on the earth, places that are not populated...

So what do we believe? People all cram into the same places typically, like big cities, for example. But so much of the earth is left...will we take that too?

Great civilizations have risen and fallen in our history, and humans, by default, are born into forms of slavery.

How many stories and ideas have been lost to time? How joys, sufferings, loves and hates have been lost?

If you only got one word to describe the most earthshattering, the most dangerous, the most dire, the most threatening thing to mankind...what one word would you choose?
