Do you suffer from anxiety? I am like scared to death of everything. Scared of living, scared of dying, scared to go out, scared to stay in, need to be around other humans...then get overwhelmed quickly when I am....I'm bored yet living on the edge of my seat...frantic for no reason....tired of being scared all the time...
I read GLP and have had severe panic attacks in the past...
what do you do to cope? Do you have this too?
