Thanks guys, for the kind words.

What makes me think to this day is that

1) There was no one around

2) The hand came from underneath me, not above

3) The way she walked away, after smiling at me. Wouldn't most people, when saving a child from drowning, freak out, or run up to the building and call for help, to alert someone that this had just happened to me? It was all so surreal.

4) Total silence. No words. Nothing but a smile.
