You have to discount the reports of the experiences of numberless people, many quite as intelligent as yourself, from not only Christianity, but Buddhism and Hinduism in order to lay claim to the factuality of your statements. What supporting evidence in the real world can you point to to validate your thesis? Miracles? Healings? Complete makeovers of lifestyle/personality? The people proposing the reality of an afterlife have at least these ancillary phenomenon to support their thesis.
