HOTTTTTTT BATH.... soak.... Then lemon honey in hot tea. Then dress warm but rap a scarf around your nose and mouth may be uncomfy but sleep like that and you will wake up free.

Is it allergies? I started to get seasonal allergies in my 20's, just treated and suffered the symptoms for the 1st year or so. Then I asked for an Rx for Rhinocort, it works very well.

I don't think it's allergies... my brothers and I all have it after camping this weekend... none of us have had allergy problems before.

Basically you swish a pure healthy oil (olive, sesame, safflower, coconut)around in you mouth than spit it out. You can find detailed instructions and testimonials on CureZone or Earth Clinic. There is actually a whole forum dedicated to it on CZ. I've had best results with olive, although I have not tried coconut.

Oh, as a side effect, my teeth got whiter and the dry rough skin on my heels got better.

Fresh Garlic will cure sinus infections in 48 hours. Get a salin nasal spray bottle. Empty contents. Take one clove fresh garlic and press/crush into small dish. (Must be fresh and must crush or use garlic press) Add small amount of warm water to make a garlic "tea". (Not hot) After a couple of minutes strain the liquid into the salin bottle. I use a small funnel and a coffee filter.

Use netti pot first then take two snorts of the garlic spay up each nostril. It is not comfortable but it will clear your head better than any Rx.

When I feel something comming on I do the above once before bed and once in the morning. Usually prevents colds/sinus infections from occurring and If I don't catch it early enough they are eliminated in 48 hours.

Make fresh spray every couple of days as the garlic will not remain fresh.

when I got sick like that as a young girl, my dad would take a tube sock and slather some vick's vapo rub on it, and then pin it around my neck. I would wear this to bed, and the next morning...ALL GONE!!!

Your symptoms are most likely caused by toxins in the area where you were camping ... and that could be any number of things.

Recent spraying of herbicides or pesticides in the area?
Chemtrails over the area you were camping?

Anyway, you most likely need to detox your bodies more than anything else.
