God has forsaken me, but that's okay

God wouldn't forsake you. You must remember what times we live in. Who reigns on this earth? Are you sure you've been forsaken by God? Or is it some karma debt? Or satan? Don't be too quick to blame God.

Look at it this way. God gives us freewill in this imperfect world. If infinity represented 100% 99% would be GOD 1% would be Satan. So when bad things happen its not gods fault Satan won.

The best you can do is pray and hope.

just wanted to let you know that you are not the only one whoms life turns more and more to crap day by day.

Roughly, the last 4 months were enough for an entire life. Believe me, it can always get worse. And it will.

This to shall pass. Im sorry your having a hard time guys.

I promise God hasn't forsaken you even if it feels that way. God always answers prayers, unfortunately sometimes the answer is no.

I will include you in my prayers. I hope life gets better for you and yours soon.

I do understand how you feel. The last 4 months has been really hard here too and seems to be getting harder and harder. I remember a song from years ago. I don't know the name of it but one line goes something like can anyone help me cause it's getting harder and harder to breathe. I understand those words so well. Anyway here's to good things and positive things happening in your life real soon.

believing you are forsaken by the creator of all things will not make it so, you will form a reality that will renforce that beliefs back to you though.

believe you are one with all things and all things will reflect that back to you

have unconditional love for all things
especialy that which created you
and you will realise that being forsaken is not an option

I don't believe that God has forsaken you, although for nine years I counselled with people who were demon possessed, and nearly all of them felt the same way. My recomendation is get some good pastoral help.

The God of the bible will forsake you if you've done things he considers evil, or if you forsake him, or call him a burden amongst other things. I don't know what book you guys read who said God won't forsake anyone, but it wasn't the God of the bible.

Edit to add: I don't know that it's a guarantee he will forsake you. I'm not a psychic so only God would know that. But according to the bible he definitely can forsake people.

What is your point? If there is no book that you believe that tells you about God, the how do you know one won't forsake you?

There's a reason why the saying exists: Life sucks and then you die.

That isn't about God, it's about the nature of life, which can be really friggin' hard sometimes.

I disagree with those who say that being discouraged or angry at God means you're demon possessed. It just means that life has got you down.

I disagree that life in itself is complicated. Life is rather simple, but many people are weak minded though.

If you are a believing person, In God And Christ his Son, you
haven't been forsaken. You might be going through some bad times, and you pray and nothing happens, does not mean you are forsaken. You got the devil riding you, if you had everything
you needed, the devil wouldn't bother you. He would already have you. ;)

I don't look at it as being forsaken. I look at it as an opportunity to discover your real inner strength. My life was going along just great, and then I was struck by an illness two years ago that came out of nowhere. I went from being healthy and active to being confined to a wheelchair because I was too weak to walk. I pulled myself out of that with great determination. I've had many ups and downs along the way. Every time I've reached a low point and started to sink into a deep depression, I somehow found the strength to carry on and raise my spirits. I'm not completely healed yet, but I am doing better. I have no doubt I'm going to be fine. I refuse to give up. I think that's the lesson I was supposed to learn. I don't feel the Creator was forsaking me. He was there guiding me every step of the way. I thought I knew myself pretty well before my illness, but I've learned much more than I could have ever imagined.
