Houston Man Ticketed for "Criminal Mischief" for Posting "Obama as Joker" Flyers - Video

Here is a video report about a Houston man who says he was ticketed by police for "criminal mischief" because he posted "Obama as Joker" posters in his neighborhood. Apparently someone who saw the poster called police, and he alleges the police came to his home and "slammed him against a car" in his own driveway, handcuffed him, and threw him in the back of the car.
