crystal healing practice

Hi Dawn,
I'll do some healing for you. What you may expect during the healing is a sense of having more energy. You may also feel a sense of inner shifts within yourself. The other thing is that you may experience an inner shift of emotions coming to the serfice. There may be a feeling of tingling feelings as well as your mind being clearer. Also you may feel relaxed. If any emotions come up during the healing let me know of them.
I'll be using the crystals as well as reiki during the healing.

OK I did some healing for you. What I was able to see is that you've had to experience being able to go into past lives. So I see you having to be very sensative emotionally to what's going on as well as intuitively. I was able to help with raising your awareness so that your mind would be clearer and you'd be more centered. How do you feel after the healing? If any emotions came up for you let me know what they were as well as any feelings you felt during it.
What you can expect after the healing is you may feel hungry as well as feeling lighter. The other thing is that you may sleep really well after a healing. Also you may feel like your mind is clearer.

Thanks again and, while it's all very subtle and I'm not sure how to describe it, I do have a sense of something helpful having gone and continuing to do so. There's been a sense of a pleasantly cooling and gentle breeze around my forehead, chest and belly, Stephen.

it took a little bit.. but about an hour ago I was meditating and just started to cry because I began to think that I can feel all this energy in me and I'm so unsure how to use it... and then all of a sudden I got really cheerful haha. I've never had any healing done, so I'm not sure how I should be feeling... basically I can think really clear now, before I... would think... like... this... It's like the old light bulb in my mind was just replaced :)

Yes some people are suppose to feel clear so you were right about that.
That (all you described) was an inner shift taking place so that's normal for a healing to do that.

You are correct, I am about to be making some rather large life changes. I was working when you did the healing, but I do remember feeling 'different', just a little bit off. But in a good way. Afterward I have felt more clear headed, feels to me like life has relaxed a bit, things are more calm. Thank you very much. :)
