I've been both and carry attributes of male and female energy with me today.

I've fought brutally hand to hand as a male, and delivered babies and healed with herbs as a female.

We are all energetically both male and female, that is what keeps us in balance. Too ignore this or identify too strongly with male or female energy generally will take us out of balance even if we are physically the same gender we identify with.

An example would be a woman who denies her masculine energy... she would be too passive, submissive, controlled, a victim, weepy, and insipid.

Or a male who denies his feminine energy would be brutal, maybe violent, controlling, lacking compassion, full of self, and unable to relax and appreciate beauty.
