Quoting: Apache 771616I find it more amazing at how similar there views, how strong their message is for a better humanity, yet both these individauls have been denied by a criminal cartel to even speak to each other. I find it even more amazing that when Obama gave his great speech, it was portrayed as a great and momentus occassion. Yet when Ahmadinejad gave his speech, he was called a mad man, and pathetic, disrepectful asswipes walk out, again.. I realised the reason why Ahmadinejad is constantly displayed in a negative light. Obama is talking major reform for the betterment of mankind on his level and below, yet Ahmadinejad knows the real source of the problem, and is talking major reform above world leaders. To the politicians who walked out, you are a disgrace to humanity, a slave in the pocket, and should have never been allowed to attend if you arent going to give respect to all leaders of the world. Is it any wonder the UN doesnt work when these fools refuse to even listen? Check out what Ahmadinejad is saying, amazing speech.. Lotus I actually totally agree with you Lotus, the Iranians need freedom to move foward. But if you think Ahmadinejad is the 'regime' i think you are sorely mistaken. The mullas control Iran, not Ahmadinejad. Is it not okay to support a man who supports freedom and human rights for all? Also i need freedom Lotus, to think what we have in the west is freedom, is laughable. We are just as much seeking freedom as the Iranians. Its just our oppressors were suits, where as theirs where uniforms. I support Obama also Lotus. But if you think Obama is the 'regime', then once again you are sorely mistaken. The zionists control the west, not Obama. Does Ahmadinejad not have the right to tell the zionists what they are doing is wrong, while Obama is telling the mullas what they are doing is wrong? |

Ahmadinejad is an extremly well read and spoken leader. The problem is the Mullas. They are holding Iran back big time. Same story could go with Obama and the Zionists. It is shockingly disgraceful though that a man with a brilliant mind and vision, is portrayed as a mad man by the media, but once again, there is the zionist holding the west back. |

You are sorely mistaken my friend. Ahmadinejad is right now working his way to the top using the Iranian Revolutionary Guard which he was part of for decades to over power the mullahs. Ahmadinejad has been behind ordering the crackdown and the arrest and torture of many innocent people in Iran. Don't be fooled by his wonderful words. Just because someone says nice things it doesn't mean that they act by them. Politicians lie, that is the norm, that is politics. Hypocrisy is very very common in Iran. This man has ordered the death of many innocents in Iran, don't think that he wants peace just because he speaks of it. He is very very cunning! Everyone says that the supreme leader has the power in Iran, but at the moment he has lost his power. Sources in Iran talk about how Ahmadinejad and the IRGC (Revolutionary Guard) which he leads at the moment are the real power in Iran now. I believe Ahmadinejad is a dictator rising to power in Iran and he is behind the hidden military coup. The revolutionary guard really controls every facet of Iran. The rise of the revolutionary guard in Iran has been parallel to the rise of Ahmadinejad, they are one and the same. Please, please don't believe the lies this man speaks. Because they are empty words. A man who speaks publicly of peace and kills at home is not a man of peace! |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 738708 United States 09/24/2009 11:55 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The reason Iran has the government it does is as a response to constant foreign meddling from the West. The Iranians decided they wanted to put people in power that wouldn't suck from the Western power teat at every opportunity and betray the interests of Iran for those of foreigners. Now obviously the current government of Iran is corrupt and not ideal, but they really have kept out foreign influence to their credit. I truly believe that Iran would be much better off with a secular government but if they want to attain that they must do it on their own without some CIA paid Mousavi wannabe starting a goddamn color revolution. Oh and I dont know if anyone read any of the letters Ahmadinejad wrote to President Bush or the one he wrote to the American people but they are just fantastic, the guy really can give a speech. |

Oh and I dont know if anyone read any of the letters Ahmadinejad wrote to President Bush or the one he wrote to the American people but they are just fantastic, the guy really can give a speech. The majority of Iranians hate Ahmadinejad and he was not reelected. Just as in Afghanistan Karzai stole the election via mass ballot stuffing etc. So did Ahamadinejad. This is very common and easy in Middle Eastern countries! The Iranian people are working hard at changing their dictatorial regime, and Mousavi is not a paid CIA agent, because if he was he would have been executed by now! The reason he hasn't been tried and executed for treason by now is that the Iranian government is lying about the revolt being foreign backed. They are misusing the history of foreign meddling in their country against the real revolution of the Iranian people. Ahmadinejad is a despot who has forced himself onto the Iranian people. He will not last much longer. Just because Ahmadinejad speaks out against Zionism doesn't make him good. He is just as bad as the Zionists, probably worse, since at least the Zionists don't kill their own people! |

John F. Kennedy Inaugural Address Lincoln's economic advisor Henry C. Carey explained the universal issue in his 1851 Harmony of Interests: "Two systems are before the world.... One looks to pauperism, ignorance, depopulation, and barbarism; the other to increasing wealth, comfort, intelligence, combination of action, and civilization. One looks towards universal war; the other towards universal peace.
