Many just keep up on the weather. not many times you get rain in vegas. but when you do it is built on dry riverbeds, hence the tunnels. i miss when youtube had videos of people going to these type of places. like the deep underground subway and other tunnel people in new york. most of them seem happy and grateful. some of the stories sad. but it was real. people bucking the man basically and surviving. |
