I got about 8 minutes of peaceful sitting since your reply until my 3 year old needed the bathroom light on. I hope you were done in that time. I probably should have waited until both kids were asleep. Just excited I guess. I have to say that I could feel my hands pulsing (not real pulse but a slow vibrating feel). When I opened my hands I felt a pressure on them. My heart felt very warm and there for awhile I felt a vortex of light circling inside my head. It was definitely more than I felt off of the dvd attunements. I appreciate your time so much!!


The attunement takes a couple of minutes and yes you got it.

You should have felt me behind you then to your hands and at the end to the back and it was you that's right the light my friend is you. (((((so beautiful and deep white thanks for letting me see that I cannot forget it))))

So take those hands and place them on each charka at days beganin and end. Let the energy run until you fill it is time to move to the next start at the top work down.

You will be in a charka for 3 days, body, emotional spiritual bodies get cleared then move to the next for a total of 21 days.
