I would like to see a picture of this shield on an actual vehicle or uniform.

This could be a trick. ie. They are probably Russian or Albanian mercernaries. The Serbs and Russia are mutually alligned. I was in that region in the 90s, Serbia is for now- kicked out of Kosovo(Montenegro by extension) hence this makes no sense, a Serb/Montenegro group. It is a contradiction.

My believe is they are probably Albanians, it is common for Albanians here in the US say they are from Montenegro. Plus, the NWO released (assisting)the Albanian mafia/thugs on Kosovo, so they owe them favors. UPDATE-

According to both the White House and "American Police Force" the new prison facility WILL NOT be used for Gitmo inmates or other foreign terror suspects.

What it will be used for they are not going into.

They plan on using the property they control for the training of more police/military forces. Private ones from around the globe.

According to Mr. Masir, their attorney, he can only say that "things will become clearer in the future."

APF refuses to disclose who funds them and the Associated Press has been unable to find any records on what exactly they've been doing for their number one client, the United States government.
