i dunno about the sec. but wells does have a pattern a diff case from another state i found at the rip off report from this year.
i think the banks are to far into the hole for any investigations to commence and or be resolved. to much fraud, collusion and looting.
everyone should gtfo of banks now. whatever you got, invest in something tangible.
