I have done all my studies. And believe me I'm done. I don't like having nightmares after looking at his face. Poor guy. Maybe it WAS him still. I don't know how they did so many surgeries and got him so beautiful in the middle cause he definitely did look different in EVERY photo I've seen of him.

i use to think it was 87 but after looking at pictures from 84 to 87 i really feel like you he died in 84 and someone was mind controlled to act and sound like him.and did all these plastic surgeries.
it isnt him in bad he looks so different even his voice from thriller to bad is different.and look at the height difference the real mj was shorter.okay anyone can look taller with boots that have a high heel like in bad video.but take those boots off the guy in bad and he still is taller than the real mj.
even his teeth are different.and look at the ears the real mj his ears are different from the guy who did bad.
it just isnt the real mj after 84 its clearly visible.

but seriously .... maybe MJ had a near death experience as a result of the fire that changed his outlook radically (NDEs can do that to you), and the plastic surgery afterward may have given him a new look and enabled him to pander to a side of his personality that was previously unexpressed. I just don't think MJ's psychology is well understood .... the pavlovian response is to kick up the pedo jokes ... much more to it than that - but superficial people can't see deeper than what they experience themselves. Poor guy was messed up in the head and evidence of severe sexual abuse and trauma - despite the naysayers.

Actually, it is quite obvious that it IS him. Same eyes, same mouth. Just lighter skin. But it's him. Now, after '93 with the extortion attempt (or real pedo case...we'll never really know), to me he never looked like the same person again. Maybe he killed himself after that.

I do think he used doppelgangers some of the time on tours because think of how draining it would be to perform for 15-18 months straight (with Bad and Dangerous tours). The carefully selected/groomed doubles stood in for him from time to time. And LaToya swears there are doubles used in This Is It.

Ok that part about MJ dying in 1984 is totally false!!! That fact that he is still alive is real and I believe he could be I found this article that squashes the fact that he died in 1984.

Well, I don't think he died in 1984, but I have a very strong feeling that he actually died before we were showed he did. I mean, check out all his speeches from around 2002, he talks about love, unity, positive stuff, he reveals some secrets from the industry, calls Tony Motolla the devil and since around that time you don't really see a decent performance of him. The "performance" at WMA in 2006 seems like a bad joke, he (or I would rather say his double) just mummbles here and there some words and above all off-key. He hasn't release ANYTHING new since Invincible, only compilations, he appeared here and there, never really performed, gave lots of video speeches a.s.o. Call me paranoid, but this is all weird stuff.

I am always open for theories and I do not believe what the media shows but I also don't believe everything I read - especially this. The theory seems legit BUT many facts are not even mentioned here. He looks different, but he had a skin disorder that made it necessary to cover the colour change, he suffered from other diseases, that attacked his immune systeme (Lupus). After the incident with Pepsi, he had surgeries, he became addicted to medicaments - because of the pain and everything along, setting the pieces together, you might see that these were the reasons why he didn't perform for many years, he was a human being who needed recovery. if you had serious burn damages, surgeries, and so on, you wouldn't be the same anymore as well, additionally the other points.
