You know, it doesn't matter if this is a rumor or not. If people think the Vegas rooms(or any hotel they are use to frequenting) are bugged they will NOT go there anymore. They will even be careful about whose houses they go to just incase the house is bugged. They will start to feel very unsafe even in their own homes thinking someone has come in somehow and have bugged their place.

Unspeakable paranoia is going to surface. This is really bad.
