OUR JUDGES ARE NOT MAKING DECISIONS BASED ON LAW BUT PERSONAL PREFERENCE INSTEAD.

Louisiana operates under Napoleonic law and not common law like the rest of the United States.

No family in the US is immune to divorce. Not one.

This is NOT a judge but a justice of the peace, a sort of glorified law clerk. He will probably have his JP license revoked as well he should. This is NOT a matter of law but someone making a personal preference. The couple could easily go elsewhere like to a real judge and be married.

Im sure he thinks he is wise, but in the long run all he is doing is avoiding the problem that will continue to tug on our society. If you dont look at the bigger picture the big problems that address the majority will never be fixed.

Whether the biracial couple are aware of the situation the kid will grow up in is irrelevant to me. I believe they should not let the garbage in our society called racism affect their decisions. Call me naive or not, progress happens because of people like them.

as far as i know folks still have some choices left..also he is Justice of the peace not a Judge ..you thoughts do not matter. The parents must decide what they want thier little child to face, since tru reality is still just the cold hard facts on the ground..not bubble headed theories . try walking in a all black urban warfare zone one night all by your white self.. report back tommorrow what all you encountered of true fair play. .
