If you examine the footage closely you will fond something much more shocking:

She tried to kill her child and make it look like a horrible accident.

Look closely where her eyes are looking when she releases the pram. Timed to perfection to match the velocity of the train.

Guilty as hell, but almost impossible to prove unfortunately.

If you do a standard background on her you will find the usual circumstances in place which would merit this theory.
