United States Breaks 12 Trillion Dollar National Debt Mark

The USA is completely screwed. We can't stop this now even if we wanted to.

We've been hitting the debt ceiling and re-raising it for decades.. not surprised. We have a bunch of fools in office.

This amount can be visualized this way:

A stack of $1000 bills that is 720 miles tall...

Laid on its side, the stack would require a jet approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to fly from one end to the other...

Laid out as a sheet, the sheet would cover all the Western United States to North Dakota...

Weighed, the stack would weigh more than 500 full grown elephants...

YOU are fucked.

Interest on this stack is over $400 BILLION a year.

No sweat! It was intended to be repaid.......

They'll raise the debt ceiling. It's how they roll.

This sucks, man, so bad....

It looks like it keeps halfing itself.. 10yrs, 5yrs, 2yrs, 1yr. At that rate its going to be like two more trillion in six more months, then another two trillion three months after that, then another two trillion dollars a month and half later and so on.. we are soooooooooooo screwed! Doesn't matter about the stock market or the value of the dollar. We simply can't pay the debt back.. ever! DEFAULT just like on a credit card - we can't make the minimum monthly payment.

The debt is only going up nominally not absolutely. You see the dollar is falling faster than the debt is rising. Therefore, debt is being reduced just like the value of the money in your bank account :) it's all fucked up.
