The CNN star was spotted Tuesday with his muscular friend, Benjamin Maisani, an owner of East Village bar Eastern Bloc, at the Rambagh Palace, named the best hotel in the world by Conde Nast Traveler. Cooper's $3,200-a-night room features a four-poster mahogany bed and views of the gardens of the former Maharaja palace. Our source said, "Anderson's room has a large round bathtub. On the first night it was filled with bubbles and sprinkled with red rose petals." CNN declined to comment.

Wrong! Turner Broadcasting is NOW a Time-Warner Company, and Time-Warner is owned by Jewish interests--and so is Lou Dobbs... So Lou had better be careful...

There seems to be some confusion as to Ted Turner's role these days, so here's a quick summary.

TBS merged with Time Warner back in 1996.
Time Warner merged with AOL in 2001 (they have since dropped the AOL part from the name).
TBS is one of the remaining four divisions at Time Warner and is referred to as the "Turner Networks".
Ted Turner lost billions with the AOL merger and subsequent stock price drop. He stepped down from the board, as vice chairman, in 2006.

The Capital Group, Time Warner's largest shareholder, has indicated that TW will sell their print division in the near future (after having spun off their cable division earlier this year), will also spin off AOL and eventually be left with Warner Bros., HBO and the Turner Networks.

But don't feel sorry for Ted just yet. Although he has dropped significantly on the Forbes list, he is still very, very wealthy.
