Seriously, I think that they probably take pills or liquids. If memory serves, inhalers are preferred for people because they go straight to your lungs and don't cause as many problems as taking a pill and getting it all in your bloodstream. I've had bronchitis this year and had to use albuterol inhaler for the first time, and it makes me kinda nervous and jittery. I'm sure taking it in pill form would be worse.

So, we probably don't give inhalers to pets because it's harder and a pill does the same thing and is easier.
