I've been following this closely since the 28th and have seen lots of reports of symptoms consistent with pneumonic plague, and similar in some ways to H5N1, SARS or pulmonary anthrax. But I have not seen any references (except this thread) that indicate bleeding anywhere but in the lungs.

I realize there is a lot of speculation out there about the possibility of the spanish flu having been brought back, but do not see evidence for this in the symptoms. It looks more like avian flu (H5N1) that is possibily being introduced by the mock-up vaccines for H1N1.
