Nah. It's a work of fiction. It's for my occupational studies course. The prof. wants us to write a made up report on back injury, etc... its an excercise. I am writing up a formal report (for one of my graduate courses) and I need to know if I should sign my name like so, "JOHN DOE, B.S."?
I would, it sounds like you are writing something that could be published.
