I do my meditation mid-morning, which was a little while ago. You know how thoughts cross your mind as you're sinking deeper? One of my thoughts was how much I enjoyed yesterday's thread on astral projection. That thought was followed immediately by a thought about how there needs to be more posts regarding the pineal gland. Then, I lost all thought and went somewhere else.

Imagine my surprise to get up after awhile, come to the computer and see this post at the very top of the stack!

I like the guy dictating these videos. He states that there is no physical, per se; that it is all spiritual. That the pineal gland acts as a projector. He called our reality a "lower vibration", but I would like to correct that and say that it is a slower vibrational reality. It is still made of light and it is still as whole as any other vibration tone.

POWER OF SOUND IN TONING - PSYCHIC ENERGY

Toning sacred sounds help cancel out unwanted vibrations and activates the Pineal Gland. For centuries the pineal gland has been associated with paranormal phenomena. Eastern philosophies have tended to view the pineal as an important “chakra” or energy vortex, which, if activated, opened the individual to psychic experiences and cosmic vision. The ancient Greeks considered the pineal as the seat of the soul, a concept extended by Descartes, who philosophically suggested that this unpaired cerebral structure would serve as an ideal point from which the soul could exercise its somatic functions.

A study on smoking by National Cancer Institute revealed there were spiritual differences between people in the study and that the more spiritually oriented people had heightened activity in their vesicular monoamine transporter gene known as VMAT2. (The vesicular monoamine transporter is a transport protein located within the presynaptic cell.) While scientists can say that a certain gene is active in spiritual people, they have no idea what causes the VMAT2 DNA gene to be active in some people and inactive in others.

Spiritual activity results in stimulation of the pineal gland. One can consciously activate VMAT2 by saying a prayer, toning, repeating a mantra and/or doing a meditation. Spiritual activity activates VMAT2 and spiritual activity in large groups activates more VMAT2. The more powerful the spiritual techniques, the greater the activation of VMAT2 and other spiritual energies.

The energetic vibrations contained in sound can break glass. Sound also generates electro-magnetic energy effects on one’s body. Most sound vibrations produced by people speaking, commercial music, vehicles, appliances, etc. do not activate the VMAT2 in one’s Soul, or pineal gland. However, the repetition of prayers, certain tones and/or mantras will activate VMAT2 and other spiritual energies in the DNA of one’s pineal gland or Soul.

Certain frequencies and sound can stimulate the production of psychoactive substances in the pineal gland without the use of drugs. People with a highly active pineal gland seem to be able to recall their dreams more vividly than others often to report seeing visions and paranormal activity on a larger scale. The wave vibrations of the Sun also cause the secretion of “feel good” hormones like serotonin, beta-endorphins, and dopamine. It is true that the endocrine glands secrete other hormones during sungazing, which create not just a high, but greater energy, longevity and experiences of "samadhi" or higher consciousness.

Considered the most powerful and highest source of ethereal energy available to humans, the third eye (pineal gland) has always been important in initiating psychic powers (e.g. clairvoyance and seeing auras). To activate the 'third eye' and perceive higher dimensions, the pineal and the pituitary must vibrate in unison, which is achieved through meditation, chanting and/or sungazing.

When a correct relationship is established between the personality, operating through the pituitary, and the soul, operating through the pineal, a magnetic field is created. The pineal can generate its own magnetic field because it contains magnetite. This field can interact with the earth's magnetic field. The solar wind at dawn, charging the earth’s magnetic field, stimulates the pineal gland. This is why the period between 4 and 6 am is the best time to meditate and why sunrise is the best time to sungaze. At these times, the pineal stimulates the pituitary to secrete Human Growth Hormone. That's why alot of sungazers have reported to have experienced rapid nail and hair growth, restoration of hair color, and general rejuvenation. (by the way, Wheatgrass Juice is like synthetic Sunlight) Cleopatra used to place a magnet on her forehead to stimulate the pituitary to restore her youth and good looks. She didn't know she already had a magnet in her head.

At dawn, the negatively charged pineal and the positively charged pituitary combine their essences to create a "light in the head" while meditating. This light has been seen by mystics, initiates, prophets and shamans throughout the ages. They refer to it as the experience of God or of a universal intelligence.

Many cultures and mystics have induced this experience through the use of hallucinogenic substances, such as soma, mushrooms, Mescalin, and LSD. However, these experiences tend to be short-lived and require repeated usage to re-live the experience and eventually will lead to the adverse effects of a damaged or shrunken Pineal Gland. Most true mystics agree that natural methods, such as intense meditation, visualization, deep-breathing, chanting and sungazing combined with body purification are the best ways to induce third eye activation and can have life-transforming effects.

Unfortunately the industrialized world and all it's political forces are not designed to help humans open up this way. So it does take great courage to shift our consciousness and lifestyle to actively excersize the full human potential. The most positive thing we can do is start our day with mantras, toning, meditation and end our day with toning.

Native and Aboriginal people have known this inuitively for thousdands of years: Sound is very powerful. As the expression of number in space, geometry is inextricably linked to music, since its laws govern the mathematical intervals that make up the notes in the western music scale—the diatonic ratios. Hawkins' theorems also produce these ratios, and a link now exists between crop circles and musical notes which are the by-product of sound frequency. Crop circles bearing unmistakable associations with sound based on these theorims began to appear after this discovery. One contained a curious ratchet feature from which is constructed a musical diagram dating to the Egyptians, the Lambdoma. Later known as the Pythagorean Table, it defines the exact relationships between musical harmonics and mathematical ratios.

Sacred Music has the power to uplift humanity and open the Pineal Gland - make music as deeply as you would make love, with the intention of freedom and deep harmony. :-)

The symbol of the All-Seeing-EYE, has always been part of Earth's creation
mythologies and mysteries.

In Ancient Egypt, is was symbolized by the Eye of Horus.

The symbol was passed down, through the ancient mystery teachings and and can

Why the symbol of the EYE?

The eye is the observer of reality - or the illusion of reality.





In the physical body, your eyes look outward - though it views objects upside down.

But the human body has another physical eye, whose function has long been

The pineal gland is cone - shaped.





The Pineal Gland is about the size of a pea, and is in the center of the brain in
a tiny cave, behind and above the pituitary gland, which lies a little behind the root
of the nose. It is located directly behind the eyes, attached to the third ventricle.






The true function of this mysterious gland, has long been contemplated by
philosophers and Spiritual Adepts. Ancient Greeks believed the pineal gland,
to be our connection to the Realms of Thought. Descartes called it, the Seat of
the Soul.


This gland is activated by Light, and it controls the various biorhythms of the body.
It works in harmony with the hypothalamus gland, which directs the body's thirst,
hunger, sexual desire and the biological clock, that determines our aging process.


When the pineal gland awakens, one feels a pressure at the base of the brain.
This pressure will often be experienced, when connecting to higher frequency.
A head injury, can also activate the Third Eye - Pineal Gland.


While the physiological function of the pineal gland, has been unknown until
recent times, mystical traditions and esoteric schools, have long known, this area
in the middle of the brain, to be the connecting link... between the physical and
spiritual worlds.

The third eye can see beyond the physical…



The pineal gland contains a complete map, of the visual field of the eyes, and
it plays several significant roles in human functioning. There is a pathway from
the retinas to the hypothalamus, called the retinohypothalamic tract. It brings information, about light and dark cycles, to a region of the hypothalamus, called
the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN).


From the SCN, nerve impulses travel, via the pineal nerve (sympathetic nervous
system) to the pineal gland. These impulses, inhibit the production of melatonin.
When these impulses stop (at night, when light no longer stimulates the
hypothalamus), pineal inhibition ceases and melatonin is released. The pineal
gland, is therefore, a photosensitive organ and an important timekeeper, for the
human body.


Retinal research, done with hamsters, demonstrates another center for melatonin
production. Located in the retina, this center implies... that the eyes, have their
own built in circadian timepiece. This retinal system, is distinct from the brain’s
body clock, in the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN). Biologists found, that they could
throw the retinal rhythms... out of sync, with other circadian cycles. They also
found, that they could set and reset the retinal clock, even when the SCN was
destroyed
The retinal clock, produces (stimulates the production of?) melatonin.
Researchers are now looking for the exact location (s) of this clock, in the
human eye, (and expect to find it). No one yet knows, what the separate
clock is for, or how it relates to the SCN.


In some lower vertebrates, the Epiphysis Cerebri - Pineal Gland, has a
well developed eye - like structure; in others, though not organized as an eye,
it functions as a light receptor. In lower vertebrates, the pineal gland has an
eye like structure and it functions as a light receptor and also is considered
by some, to be the evolutionary forerunner of the modern eye.


The gland weighs little more than 0.1 gram. The gland is large in children
and begins to shrink, with the onset of puberty.






It appears to play a major role in sexual development, hibernation in animals, metabolism, and seasonal breeding. In humans, it affects circadian rhythms,
sleep patterns (melatonin levels increase at night) and is implicated in seasonal affective disorder. The abundant melatonin level in children, is believed to
inhibit sexual development. When puberty arrives, melatonin production is
reduced.


The pineal gland secretes melatonin, during times of relaxation and visualization.
As we are created by electromagnetic energy - and react to EM energy stimuli
around us - so does the pineal gland.






When activated, the pineal gland becomes the line of communication, with the
higher planes. The crown chakra, reaches down, until its vortex touches the
pineal gland. Prana, or pure energy, is received through this energy center in
the head. With Practice, the vibration level of the astral body is raised, allowing
it, to separate from the physical.





To activate the 'third eye' and perceive higher dimensions, the pineal gland and
the pituitary body, must vibrate in unison, which is achieved through meditation

The negative and positive forces, interact and become strong enough, to create the

Astral Travel, and other occult abilities, are closely associated with the
development of the 'light in the head'. After physical relaxation, concentration
upon the pineal gland, is achieved, by staring at a point in the middle of
the forehead. Without straining the muscles of the eye, this will activate the
pineal gland and the 'third eye'.


Beginning with the withdrawal of the senses and the physical consciousness, the consciousness is centered in the region of the pineal gland. The perceptive
faculty and the point of realization, are centralized in the area between the
middle of the forehead and the pineal gland. The trick is to visualize, very
intently, the subtle body... escaping through the trap door of the brain.






A "popping sound" may occur at the time separation of the astral body,
in the area of the pineal gland.


Visualization exercises, are the first step, in directing the energies in our
inner systems, to activate the 'third eye'. The magnetic field is created around
the pineal gland, by focusing the mind on the midway point, between the
pineal gland and the pituitary body. The creative imagination visualizes
something, and the thought energy of the mind gives life and direction to this
form.





'Third eye' development, imagination, and visualization are important
ingredients, in many methods to separate from the physical form. Intuition
is also achieved, through 'third eye' development. Knowledge and memory of
the astral plane, are not registered in full waking consciousness, until the
intuition becomes strong enough. Flashes of intuition come, with increasing
consistency, as the 'third eye' is activated to a greater degree, through practice. Universal Knowledge... can also be acquired.


The pineal gland, corresponds with divine thought, after being touched by
the vibrating light of Kundalini. Kundalini starts its ascent, towards the head
center, after responding to the vibrations from the 'light in the head.'






The light is located at the top of the sutratma, or 'soul thread', which passes
down from the highest plane of our being... into the physical vehicle.


The 'third eye,' or 'Eye of Siva,' the organ of spiritual vision, is intimately
related to karma, as we become more spiritual in the natural course of
evolution.


As human beings continue to evolve, further out of matter, on the journey
from spirit to matter... back to spirit, the pineal gland will continue to rise
from its state of age - long dormancy, bringing back to humanity... astral
capacities and spiritual abilities.


At certain brain wave frequencies, a sense of "ego boundary" vanishes. In the
"theta" state, we are resting deeply and still conscious, at the threshold of
drifting away from or back into conscious awareness. As the brain enters
deeper states, our consciousness is less concerned with the physical state, our
'third eye' is active, and separation becomes natural.


Many native traditions and mystical practices, refer to the ability of 'seeing,'
or being aware of energy fields, at higher levels. This abstract awareness, is
much more subjective and does not involve the normal level of mundane consciousness, which is mostly concerned with self - identity. This 'seeing' refers
to the sight of the 'third eye'.


Consciousness is raised, from an emotional nature, into an illumined
Awareness, when the pineal gland is lifted from dormancy. If the pineal
gland is not yet fully developed, it will be in the course of evolution. When
our sense of ego and personality are set aside and we keep our mental energy
intact, we can become "conscious" of the non-physical, our inner self, the
subconscious, through different practices to activate the 'light in the head.'

Ways to activate the pineal gland:
Raw food diet (vegan or vegetarian
Filtered water
Non-flouride toothpaste--Tom's of Maine has non-flouride toothpaste.
Run an ozone machine in your house to get rid of pollution and remove CO2. You can run it 1 time a week to clean up the air in your home.
Sleep in a dark room --no light on. The pineal gland relies on melatonin production--from sleep. It needs darkness. From the melatonin the brain can produce seratonin necessary for psychic awareness.
Turn off electric equipment in your room and keep any clocks that are on an electrical circuit away from the bed. They run a hz cycle that is not compatible with the human body.
Help your body produce Seratonin!

Ways to produce Seratonin--necessary for the function of the pineal gland:

Use a negative ionizer in your bedroom when you sleep at night (rain and water in the air allow the brain to produce this neurotransmitter. This is especially important for those who live in dry climates).

Get 30 minutes of sunlight per day--it must go throug the pupil to activate the seratonin.

The angle of the gaze to the tip of the nose, moving the view slighy up the bridge, relaxing the eyes...They will at first cross then you relax so you feel a sensation in the middle of your forehead. They key is your focus is now no longer internal or external...it is inbetween. This pulls in the light into the 3rd eye. Buddha taught this angle of perception in his 5 hour sermon, by holding a flower in his hand and gazing at it.


In many pictures the Buddha appears almost cross-eyed. He is doing a 3rd eye meditation, activating his pineal gland.

Do you all ever hear ringing in your ears? One time, I decided to just relax and listen to it, and it turned into a melody of chimes that was strung across my head, from ear to ear. It was the prettiest sound I've ever heard.

I should start up a "Jiffy Chakra Alignment" chain.
Chakra not in harmony, just run in for a quick adjustment.

The pineal is only one part of the system. I thought it was special (and it is) for quite some time, but the more i've learnt the more i've realized it is only but one cog in an entire machine..

Seems like a bit of a distraction too you know. The human brain in its totality holds many secrets, and focusing down on one small tiny portion of it reminds me of the CERN idiots trying to find a needle in a cosmic haystack with their machine.

What i now find more interesting than the pineal stuff is how all three brain segments relate to each other (reptilian, old mammalian, neo-cortex), and also their connection to the heart which acts as its own unique brain. Then there is the potential for yet another brain that resides outside the physical domain, that sits just above the crown, as i understand from Gopi Krishnas work.

Now we have lots of people trying to sell ORMUS white gold, eg SoundlessDawn (one of the videos linked) and other shite to gullable people who have become obsessed with openning their pineal, instead of working to balance the entire system and themselves (as above, so below!!)

How does the brain do it? For millenniums, philosophers and scientists have struggled to make any progress at all with this basic question. Something i came across recently which i have found nowhere else other than in the work of Joseph Chilton Pearce in his most recent book.

There is a link between the Sphinx and our brains unfolding evolution. The Sphinx embodies all three brain portions, but unfortunately the secret has been removed, or rather destroyed.. there used to be a serpent rising from the crown!

I am impressed that more and more people are understanding that we are vibrational beings and we can adjust our bandwidth and our penetration into hyper-space and inter-dimensional awareness (where we access the genius frequency and pure downloads of information on any topic) by what we put into our bodies.

TPTB have waged an intense campaign to curtain and truncate any of our natural abilities to "see" energy, with especially vicious attacks against the new crops of Indigos ... all inter-dimensional and bored by the system so all diagnosed incorrectly as adhd and drugged into lethargy.

It is not too late for any of us. I have recently become a 100% raw food vegan after phasing into it for the last eight years at an 80% level. 100% is way easier because cooked food is addictive: wheat and dairy cause an opiate-like reaction in the brain. Eating like everyone else is self-medicating. I had to have a mega-intention to pull myself out of this vortex of suck and rise above it into a higher atmosphere of wonder and well-being via the 100% raw lifestyle. It is so amazing to get your mind back and activate your own innate powers to know, to be tuned-in, tapped-in and turned on to many things because your body is pure, and your DNA antennae is working properly, along with your entire electrical meridian system and chakra-endocrine system.

What amazing things happen when you get off of cooked food and start eating a 100% raw food diet. I make the most amazing and delicious food ... I have pumpkin-ginger-spice cookies with goji berries dehydrating right now, filling the house with their aroma. I am the opposite of deprived, I am thriving and feel so fantastic.

So this is a thank you for posting this to share with people that they can radically impact their spiritual awareness through activating their pineal. I've only used distilled water for the last thirty years to protect my pineal, and have had some amazing experiences because of this. Go for it, guys! There are tons of videos and demos about getting into the raw vegan lifestyle on youtube. Green smoothies are the easiest way to start, and taste delish.

Once your pineal gland is functioning, you can't be fooled. You will see everyone's intention because that is the gift and purpose of the pineal: expanded vision. It is a code-reading device that translates vibration at the level of thought. This is the ability to "KNOW" at an instant through direct thought transfer, without reading or acquiring "knowledge".

Again, here is the agenda:

Eat like a reptile (or sleeping human): animal meats, dead food, and processed chemicalized food, and exist as their slave.

Eat like an enlightened human: fresh, organic, live-harvested, locally grown vegan (fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds), supplementing liberally with superfoods such as bee pollen, spirulina, hemp, goji, fresh aloe vera you grow yourself) ... and become aware of yourself as a sovereign deliberate creator of this reality.
