Because first Obama, through his evil minion AG Holder, wants to give them access to all of our intelligence that they otherwise would not have access to.

Methods and sources will be known to them as part of the Discovery in prep for their trial.

There may also be intelligence info on other countries as well that we can expose to them and so endanger other countries as well as our own.

And as part of a civilian trial and a matter of public record, most likely anybody will have access including the identities of intelligence operative and other sensitive data. All they have to do is bring it up in trial and it is then a matter of public record.

In a military tribunal, this would not happen and Obama wouldn't be able to give this classified info to his muslim brotherhood.

And that's why he and Eric Holder are insisting on holding this trial in a civilian court.
