Paul Kanjorski's amendment to give government the power to break up: To big to fall firms.

Hmmmm, give government more power to infiltrate our financial system, while tring to use government funds to "take care of HIS family" as posted in the above video.
GIVE ME A BREAK Guess what... if they fall, they will get back up! With no government assistance.


“Despite the congressman’s continued objections and statements to the contrary, this amendment would allow for the preemptive break up of financial firms based on size alone which is extremely concerning,” said on financial industry source. “The amendment is misguided, dangerous to our economy, and simply unnecessary.”


The underlying bill would have given the Federal Reserve, as the agent of the systemic risk council, power to force troubled firms to divest of certain assets. Kanjorksi’s amendment shifts the break-up power to the systemic risk council itself.
