I don't have it but was told that Medicaid will only allow 12 doctor visits per year. I don't know if they are to be one a month or exactly how it works but do believe it is 12 per year. So since 19 million are expected to be shifted to the medicaid rolls of the various states, will this not ration care in addition to forcing the states to take unfunded mandates? Haven't we been told there is no rationing repeatedly? So how will this work? One of the most important aspects of conspiracy theories is being able to discern when there isn't one. Oh yeah, like you'd understand anyway. Where are we going and why am I in this handbasket?. . .J. Handy

Everyone will end up with rationed visists, especially to specialists and for diagnostics as well as surgery if any of the massive bills get passed. We will pay more, get less and be paying for as many illegals who can get here.
