Just think about it rationally.

What can we human beings really do to the climate even if we wished to make it warmer? Burn more coal/emit more CO2?

Bullshit, we wouldn't be able to do much even if we all tried hard, all 7 billion of us, of which only about 1bn would "emit" a few tons per year. The atmosphere cleans itself very well, CO2 is what we breathe out, isn't toxic.

What's the big deal then? Maybe someone wanted to trade CO2, then trade O2, to make money out of thin air, as usual.
