Dear President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Putin,

c.c. President Cristina Fernandez De Kirchner of Argentina, President Evo Morales of Bolivia, President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and Vice-President Jose Alencar Gomes da Silva of Brazil

I heard some scientist claim that the South Pole is dead. No, it's just moving to a new location in the area of Argentina, Brazil and Bolivia where the rivers have just frozen millions of fish recently where the water temperature dropped below zero. That is for now. One day the temperature in this area will suddenly drop to over 200 degrees below zero where every living thing will freeze as did the mastodons did thousands of years ago in the Arctic where I read P.M. Putin recently visited. Well, Mr. Putin, both poles are going to shift. The North Pole is moving toward an area in Siberia in which it too will suddenly drop to over 200 degrees below zero where every living creature is going to instantly die. You best warn the people in that area of Siberia to flee, and soon.
