10 years ago this wasn't abnormal for winter. I think they have been manipulating weather for a long time so that the weather patterns would fit their global warming propaganda. Maybe they've 'lost control' now and aren't be allowed to do that?

This is what winter in the mid-Atlantic *used* to be like. It was the past decade that was the abnormality.
