So will China begin massive influx of Clashing African Nationals and others so as to multiculture itself, too

if China imports the equivelent of half of the current Chinease population as African Nationals and other clashing coultures, then can China expect a blending of the coultures into peaceful co existance ? during a 60 year period .a three generation period , can radically clashing coultures really peacefully co exist ? and share scarce resources equally and peacefully .
