Well here is a long one see if you understand.

Requesting and requiring
balance/harmonizing in my
physical/mental/emotional/psyche/soul energies

to release the negative
and transform and transmute them into the will of GOD

I feel I need to learn (remember) more about healing
so I too can be a catalyst of healing.
However, I first must heal myself.

I've been through plenty of physical dis- ease
caused by emotional and pshyche knots.

I've been working on them for a while but need
a bit more help on the kidneys
and small intestines areas
mostly I have issues like so many with inflamation

I am thinking I need to release more of the knots
so the energy can flow

the left heal was fracture on 7/7/9 and now is healing
the joints and tendons etc. need help -requesting
the universe inside me to heal it.

OK I'll work on you. What you may expect during a healing is emotions coming up to the serfice. The other thing is you may experience a sense of letting go and being able to let go of emotional issues. Also expect temperature changes as well.

Hi Liz,
It's usually a two way thing as far as healing you're going to need to be willing to change. The body is the healer, I'm the phacilitator of the process.
You may feel changes if you're able to accept them.
Regarding healing, what I mean by a two way process is that as I'm sending healing, I myself am being healed as well.
I can try again sometime tomorrow.

You may also expect a sense of feeling lighter as well as feeling relaxed. If any emotions come up during the healing then that's normal. Also, the other thing is that you may feel thursty during the healing. Some people don't feel anything, that's normal.

I have really been struggling to stay emotionally balanced. I am going through a divorce and he has really been awful. I try my best not to have any negative thoughts or feelings, but he makes that extremely hard to do.

Most likely I was still asleep when you did the healing. My kids have been sick and it is finally hitting me. I woke a few times before I actually got up today and my throat was so sore, but after I got up it wasn't near as sore. I have felt rather blah today, but the weather turned bad again...more rain yuk! I usually feel bad during bad weather so that is nothing new. I do feel really dizzy today...not sure if it is due to the bug the kids gave me or what?

But I do greatly appreciate the healing, thanks so much!

That's usually a sign that healing is happening, usually it means that energy is flowing the way it should be.
It's normal for someone to feel worse instead of better after a healing, but it'll pass.
