Get to the gym your loosing muscle. Serious....My L4 and L5 Herinated...I've been working out for the last 10 yrs and I have a perfect back...The l4and l5 became fused naturely...If you don't listen you'll just become another pain drug addicted slab of meat for the docs to operate on...
