There are many case reports of people with MS and ALS making a full and complete recovery after a very aggressive treatment with antibiotics. Then there was the recent article describing a bloodflow issue related to MS. They expanded via balloon I think two veins in the skull/necks of 10 MS patients and 8 out of 10 were actually cured!
