A lot of dummies will listen to Black Sabbath without understanding the positive messages in many of their songs.

I'm not that familiar with post-Ozzy Black Sabbath.
Did the lyrics remain pro-God?

They sung about black magic because they noticed that people payed to go to horror movies to be scared so they thought it would also work for them. Nothing sinister about it, although i agree that many of their songs warned about the perils of black magic.

NOPE!

There is no such thing as "Christian Rock and Roll".

There is Rock and Roll music.

There is Christian music.

STOCK UP NOW. You should have at least 6 months worth of basics for every member of your household. Stay away from crowds when trouble starts, do not forget water storage, tobacco is worth more than gold or silver, and be kind to hungry children.

People who don't like Black Sabbath have not been exposed to the right material, that's all.

What are you into? With a little info I could put together 10 songs that would suprise you.

There's something for everyone with Black Sabbath.

What makes you think they are Christian?

Try looking at those lyrics in context.

That song is about learning a very important lesson.
Money, fame, power etc, cannot buy happiness. They are delusions of grandure, and in reality can only bring misery, not happiness. The lyrics describe a person wising up to their own foolish choices. Hence the song title Megalomania.

Read the lyrics to the whole song, you'll see it.

That's all you got? So tired...

FYI Ozzy bit the head off a bat by mistake, long after his departure from Black Sabbath.

No.

You fail to understand the nature o ROCK music.

I've listened of as much BS and others as much as any, but have since realized the distance created by the pop culture.

I guess it's open for interpretation. Still my impression of their lyrics is that they represent some kind of gnosticism.

This is from the last album, "Never say die", with Ozzy on song.
