I have had Gerd for 3 months after viral gastritis. I have no H pylori or hiatal hernia. I tried antacids but only gaviscon works and aluminum is bad for the body. I dont want to take PPI if possible. This is what I am taking right now to try to fix my stomach...

1. 4 oz of Georges Pure Aloe Vera Daily
2. 1 glass of Keifer for the probiotics.
3. Digestive Enzymes before meals
4. 1 DGL tablet daily
5. 2 apples daily

I chew xylitol gum daily as well. I have given up acidic foods, chocolate, and soda. Anyone got any other ideas?
