Empaths & Sensitives, How are you feeling?

sick, feel like I can't breathe, sad, agitated.

I can't really say anything for physical symptoms, but the last few weeks have been unlike any other.

depressed today. Usually I can keep myself above that.

crappy. tired. agitated.

My knee hurts.
And my arm hurts.
I have an itch on my knee too.
My ears are cold.

the family went out to eat tonight (rare thing nowadays) and I could NOT enjoy the great food, service, etc... I just felt very uncomfortable, yet had no reason to feel that way.

Better now, but still wierd.

Not sure if I'm an empath or sensitive though== seems the older I get, the more tendencies I have though.

unhappy, tired.

are you absorbing these symptoms from another source?



have massive pressure buildup in my ears as if an airplane was ascending

When I am at work, I come in contact with about 600 people a day. It sucks when I can't put on what I call my "teflon skin" something I can somtimes pull up when needed.

The last two weeks have been rough, feel like I'm taking it all on. Folks are not happy out there, scared, worried....I try to stay cheerful for them :)

I am not an empath, but just had my first OBE and it was about a very bad quake in PNW.

My left temple is pounding.

Does this mean anything. I never get headaches.

tight, lots of anxiety....seek release, fed up....encouraging great change....the time has come....

can't even explain it. my even asked me what's wrong with you. he actualy took a pic of me. something he never did unless asked. he said he was gonna call it grump face.

Can't sleep!

Wow...the same thing happened to me the other day and my spouse last night. Weird.

Agitated, shorter patience than normal.

drained, hurting all over, just barely keeping it together right now. pressure in my head alot. hubby also.

Pressure in my head that's been persistent for the last two weeks. Not horrible. Just "there" enough to be irritating. Tired but cannot sleep longer than three or four hours. Feel like it's indeed going to be California. Northern I think. But it could be LA or SD as well!

I want desperately to go to Laguna for some stress relief / winter on the beach time, etc., and I'm honestly afraid to travel there now. My ex wife (lives in Lake Elsinore north of Riverside) got in her car and drove over to visit her mother in AZ for no reason, no plan, just felt she ought to get the hell out of that area for a few days. I asked her what she meant by "a few days" and she said a month or two if need be.

This is NOT like her! She is sensing danger and does not want to be there right now. Usually this woman would ignore such an intuitive feeling, but not this time! She brought both of her cats and she said they cried and moaned until they were out of California. Once they were into Arizona the cats curled up in the back window (in the sun) and went to sleep for the duration of her drive!

It is getting strange here in the west. The skies don't look right in the afternoon when the sun sets in the west. Just "odd" somehow.

Have been very nervous, have a bell ringing in my ear, have felt alot of electricity in the air, pain in my stomach as when something bad is about to happen, and have felt sad.

i know EXACTLY what you are saying. i work at an airport. sometimes its unbearable.

may i ask what you all are speaking of?

Even though it is my birthday, I have been pretty much feeling nausiated and depressed.

I feel shakey inside.

Uneasy.

"The other shoe is about to drop" feeling.

I am feeling the suffering of those that are cold tonight. Homeless and elderly especially. Feeling the desperation, sadness and anxiety. Praying for miracles and angels to help them.

I wrote my last comment prior to reading the post in this thread, most interesting to see others feeling the exact same way.

I have something to say to you.

My mother lives in England, yet two nights ago i dreamt my mother was living in LA, she was desperately sad and crying...

I could not get to her to speak to her... she kept saying goodbye.

Then it was like I heard thousand of people speak all at once, then silence.

I saw lines of people running so fast out of the city, I was lay in a corn field, the feeling of dread was intense.

Some people looked towrds me but they didn't have expressions on their faces.

It was then I got the feeling of fear and woke up as I saw people tearing at their faces.

Scary dream.
