Pakistan and Russia jointly say that Norway is to blame for extreme cold weather .

Norway used a high powerd Qvantum beam weaponry to puncture the upper lairs of the Termosphere!

the USA sent a - High Frequency Active beam , to the radarstation in Norway .

this resulted into a uncontrolled thermal inversion in the exosphere .

russians say it was not sent up from russian radar stations ...was sent from Norwegian side
