cage matches, what say you?
lately i have had a fascination with cage match fighting.
i cant get enough. in my part of the country we have a real champ who is great in my little opinion. i may pay a lot of money to go see him fight.
it seems that most cage matches are BJJ (brazillian ju jitsu)
so i started wondering, oops.
what if different martial artists cage matched?
who would win?
would it be interesting or a bore like aoki vs ali?
why BJJ?
who knows more about this than i do? (just about everybody)
i will so pone you

real fighting is bare knuckles

gloves protect the hands and give a boxer an advantage in the cage

is it a coincidence that the early UFC cage fights were bare knuckles and dominted by Jujitsu fighters

George St Pierre is an awesome fighter, and Canadian too!

and yes, cage fighting is highly addictive

although some matches are lame to watch and then some are over too fast, imho

If they want to fight then it's safer than boxing at least.

it's all about speed, skill, and strategy.
that people get hurt, i don't like that either.
i wish it wasnt so.
and its not really negative neccissarily.
my two favorite cage opponents are really great friends

why watch cage fighting? if you are truly fascinated by strategy and techniques, is there not a less sweaty man-on-man, way to learn about strategies and techniques and using one's brain. i doubt you watch cage-fighting from a purely analytical viewpoint
